This home is 3 blocks from Marina Grand Hotel (Joe's coffee, Bentwood Tavern) & Marina (rent boats, jet ski's & sunset cruises) and 9 block walk to downtown New Buffalo including family friendly restaurants, shops, public beach and much more.
Lakeside House sleeps 6 comfortably;
• Bedroom #1 features 2 TWIN bed, nightstand, blackout curtains and closet
• Bedroom #2 features a QUEEN pillow top bed, 2 nightstands, blackout curtains and closet
• Bedroom #3 features a KING bed with pillow top, blackout curtains, closet and dresser
• Sleeper sofa - Queen mattress in living room (kid's lounge)
• Ping Pong table, cornhole, bikes in garage

• Eat In Kitchen + Dining table provides seating for 6 + 2 counter stools at kitchen island
• Main Room has sofa, chair + ottoman, desk with chair, gas fireplace and LIMITED basic cable TV. This room also features sliding glass door going out to the Sunroom. The main room is also open to kitchen area for a great entertainment space.
• Sunroom has sofas for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors bug free. Dining table for 6 to eat or play games while enjoying the outdoors
• 2nd living room (kids lounge) has several sofas to relax with basic cable TV, DVD player, ROKU and board games - just off main entrance
• Linen closet have ample towels
• Main bathroom provides bathtub with shower, single sink basin and toilet

• Small association beach is a block and half away - nice to watch sunsets, snorkel or skip rocks. *the weather this winter has been tough on the beaches- we won’t know what the association beach looks like until summer is here*
• Schulz Park is located across the street - has swing sets, mini library, charcoal grills and picnic tables (benches turn into tables) LIMIT is 7 people on property!
Cleaning Fee is $150 - All other Fees are included in nightly rate
Chicago Visitors: Amtrak station is also only 8 blocks away - short 75 minute commute from Chicago.
